By creating an account or using Sozmed you agree to the following terms.
1. The service
Sozmed is a tool to schedule and publish content to social media accounts you own or manage: Facebook Pages, Instagram, Threads, TikTok, YouTube and X.
2. Your account and responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your Sozmed account secure, for all content you publish, and for having the right to use the social accounts you connect.
You must follow each platform's rules, including the YouTube Terms of Service, Facebook Terms, Instagram Terms of Use, Threads Terms, TikTok Terms of Service, TikTok Branded Content Policy, TikTok Music Usage Confirmation and the X Terms of Service.
3. Prohibited use
You may not use Sozmed for spam, posting identical content across many accounts to manipulate reach, impersonation, copyright infringement, illegal content, or circumventing platform limits.
We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or platform rules.
4. Content
You keep ownership of all content you upload. You grant us a limited licence to store and transmit it to the platforms you choose, solely to operate the service.
5. Availability
Sozmed depends on third-party APIs that may change, be limited or stop at any time. We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee every post succeeds or is on time. The status of every schedule is always visible in the dashboard.
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from its use.
6. Termination
You may stop at any time and delete your account from Dashboard → Settings. Data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
