You can delete the data Sozmed stores at any time in any of the following ways.
1. Disconnect one social account
Sign in → Dashboard → Accounts → click Delete on that account. Its access tokens, profile data and schedules are deleted immediately.
2. Delete your whole Sozmed account
Sign in → Dashboard → Settings → Delete account. All connected accounts, tokens, schedules, uploaded media and API keys are permanently deleted.
3. Remove Sozmed from Facebook, Instagram or Threads
Open Settings → Apps and Websites on Facebook (or Apps and websites in Instagram/Threads), select Sozmed and Remove. Meta sends a deletion request to Sozmed and all your account data is deleted immediately. You receive a confirmation code you can check on the deletion status page.
4. Remove Sozmed from TikTok, YouTube or X
Revoke in Google app permissions, X connected apps, or TikTok → Settings → Security → Manage app permissions. The account is marked disconnected when Sozmed detects it and deleted automatically 7 days later.
5. By email
Send a request to [email protected] from your Sozmed account email. We process it within 7 days.
